International Orders

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING for all prints. Prints typically ship within a 2-3 week timeframe from the order date. Hand painted prints normally ship 3-6 weeks from the order date. All prints ship UPS Worldwide Expedited and arrive within 2-5 business days from the shipping departure date. Please note that these durations may not include any delays related to customs clearance, holiday volume, or unforeseen issues due to COVID or other circumstances out of our control.

Hand painted flags normally ship 3-6 weeks from the order date. They ship UPS Worldwide Expedited and the fee will be displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.  

For our customers' convenience, we've chosen UPS Worldwide Expedited as customs clearance is managed in-house with UPS free of charge. If the customer requests clearance by a third party broker they will be responsible for the additional third party brokerage fees. 

DUTY, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES 
Customers are responsible for all duty, taxes, VAT, and import fees based on the shipping address, if applicable. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are due at the time of delivery. Click on the flag icon in the lower left for a general idea of fees that will be due. You can also go to Simply Duty and use the HS code 491191 to calculate duty. Please understand that we are unable to ensure accuracy for either of these tools and the fees calculated may not represent your fully landed cost. Please note that your country's customs agency or UPS may notify you that they are holding your package if duty is due. Often times, UPS will provide an option to pay duty online via the shipment's tracking number. Sadly due to the new UK VAT law as of January 1, 2021, we are unable to ship packages to the United Kingdom that are under US$185.00. We are not able to mark items as a “gift”.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 
International orders are not returnable and non-refundable due to the high probability of damage during return shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

If multiple size prints are purchased, they are combined in one tube.
8.5” x 11”: (shipped flat or in a tube if a larger size is also ordered)
16” x 20”: (rolled in tube)
17” x 22”: (rolled in tube)
24” x 30”: (rolled in tube)
30” x 40”: (rolled in tube)

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
When placing an order, please verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct as international orders are not returnable nor refundable. If you realize you entered an incorrect address during checkout, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order so that we can update your order with the correct address. Once the package has shipped we are unable to re-route to a different address. IMPORTANT: if your order is delivered to the incorrect address you entered, you will still be responsible for the product price and any duty, taxes, or import fees.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If an order is deemed undeliverable due to failed attempts by the postal carrier or customs office, customer's refusal to pay duty, or an incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout, UPS will consider the package "abandoned". It will not be returned to Kare Prints due to the high probability of damage during return shipping.The customer will still be responsible for full payment of the product. To avoid this situation, please take good care when inputting your shipment address, check your shipping tracking number, and be aware of all UPS notifications for delivery. We truly wish for you to enjoy your print.

LOST IN THE MAIL
If you think your order is lost in the mail, please contact us and include your order number and “Lost in Mail” in the subject line. If we determine that your order was not delivered to the address you provided (or delivery was not attempted), we will replace your order.

DAMAGED PRINT
We take great care in the packaging and shipping of our products. If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged area so that we can review and resolve. Please include your order number and “Damaged Shipment” in the subject line. Last, please keep your packaging and damaged product as the shipping carrier may request an inspection for claims purposes.

VERIFICATION
We may need to verify additional details regarding billing and shipping information, and may need to place conditions on the method of payment used. We may not be able to fulfill an order if we cannot verify information to our satisfaction. If we require additional information, we will be in contact with you at the email address you provide.
